Payment & Shipping:

Yes we do!  Simply purchase the items that you would like and on checkout enter your shipping address.  International shipping options will appear for you to choose from.

We accept credit card or paypal.  We do accept money orders as well.  To pay with a money order please email us the details of what you would like to order and we will email an invoice to you and mailing instructions for the money order.

We ship most items within 24 hours of your order.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  As for the length of time for for the postal carrier, that is in the hands of the postal company.  We are located in Batavia, NY.  The closer that you are to us, the quicker you should receive your package.  Nearly all orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.  If you are shipping internationally please be advised that depending on the country customs can be slow and tracking numbers not always updated or available depending on your country.

We take this VERY seriously.  ThirdWear will NEVER sell or share your information.  All your payments are processed with Stripe or PayPal, your payment information such as your credit card number are never processed through our servers and we do not have any access to this information.  Our checkout process is handled through SSL (Secured Socket Layers) https, and your information is encrypted.  ThirdWear also uses a state of the art, modern e-commerce platform.  Our website technology is continually updated to ensure security and reliability.  Our website hosting company is monitored 24/7 and there are automatic safeguards in place to block any suspicious or hacking attempts.  Security of private information is very important to us and we have gone to great lengths to make sure of this.

Invoices are emailed automatically.  If you did not receive one please check you junk/spam email folder and verify that you entered your correct email address.  We also do mail a copy of your invoice in with your package.

You see free shipping a lot these days. Let's be honest about a couple of things: The companies that offer free shipping are not losing money, they make it up in one of two ways. Places that offer free shipping either raise the prices or they lower the quality of what they sell. ThirdWear sells good quality items at a great price. We do not raise our prices or sell "throw away apparel" to offer free shipping. Our shipping cost are real and are calculated depending on where they are being shipped to. If you happen to be in the area, you can pick up locally for free.

Returns & Exchanges:

ThirdWear has strict quality control policies and defective or incorrect items sent is very rare.  But we are human and we greatly apologize if this has happened to you.  We will correct our mistake promptly, please use the contact form to contact us or give us a call.  We may ask you to send a few pictures.  If your item was damaged that is often a result of the shipping company and we can file a claim.  Also for errors we can show the pictures to the department that made the error so that they can prevent any future mishaps.

Please contact us and we will send all of the information to you. Exchanges are available for any stock designs within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges must be in New unworn/unwashed condition with all tags and stickers and free from pet hair or any smoke smells such as cigarettes. Customer pays all shipping fees associated with an exchange. Please note: Any custom items are considered final and are not exchangeable.
